Interested in The Shine On Series For Women?
This 5-part leadership workshop series helps women step fully into their leadership potential- building the confidence, clarity, and strategic mindset needed to lead authentically and effectively in today’s workplace. Through a blend of learning, reflection, and real-time practice, participants strengthen their leadership voice, elevate their presence, and develop the skills to influence and lead with impact.
Over the course of the series, participants learn to quiet their inner critic, speak up with authority in meetings and difficult conversations, define their unique leadership identity, think more strategically, and advocate for themselves with confidence and purpose.
While there are no public sessions currently scheduled, this series is available for organizations and groups that want to invest in developing and elevating their women leaders. The program can be delivered privately for corporate teams, leadership cohorts, or professional associations.
