I’m Kristen Barrett, a leadership coach and organizational consultant with over 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. I’ve spent more than a decade in corporate leadership, supported successful small businesses, and taught leadership in nonprofit initiatives- giving me insight into organizations of all sizes. My background includes Process Excellence and Leadership Development, an MBA, and certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Level 1 Master Coach.

I’m passionate about helping leaders and teams grow confidence, communicate with influence, and make meaningful impact. Through Beacon Performance Solutions, I partner with leaders, organizations, and ERGs to strengthen leadership capability, elevate engagement, and build high-performing, inclusive cultures.

I’m especially focused on women’s leadership development. Through coaching and my Shine On workshop series, I help women speak up with confidence, lead authentically, and build clarity, presence, and authority.
