Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Our workshop cancellation policy is as follows: - Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund. - Credit Toward Future Services: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund but will receive a credit that can be applied to any of our alternate services within 6 months. - No Refund or Credit: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.
