Hi, I’m Kristen Barrett—a leadership coach and consultant with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations thrive. With a background in Process Excellence and Leadership at a Fortune 100 company, an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, and certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Level 1 Master Coach, I bring a results-driven, people-centered approach to leadership development, team performance, and organizational change.
After pausing my corporate career to become a foster parent and work with a nonprofit serving underserved communities, I reconnected with my passion: helping people grow, lead with confidence, and create meaningful impact. That experience inspired me to launch my own consulting practice—partnering with organizations to elevate leadership capability, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance operational performance.
A key focus of my work is women’s empowerment. Through targeted coaching packages and transformational workshops, I help women lead with clarity, authenticity, and boldness—while supporting organizations in cultivating inclusive, high-performing cultures that benefit everyone.
