Hi, I’m Kristen Barrett, a leadership coach and organizational consultant with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations thrive. With a background in Process Excellence and Leadership Development at a Fortune 100 company, an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, and certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Level 1 Master Coach, I bring a results-driven, people-centered approach to leadership training, team performance coaching, and organizational change consulting.
After pausing my corporate career to become a foster parent and work with a nonprofit serving underserved communities, I reconnected with my passion: helping people grow their leadership confidence, communicate with influence, and create meaningful impact. That experience inspired me to launch Beacon Performance Solutions, where I partner with organizations, leaders, and ERG groups to elevate leadership capability, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance operational performance.
A key focus of my work is women’s empowerment and leadership development. Through targeted coaching packages and my Shine On workshop series, I help women speak up with confidence, lead with authenticity, and develop clarity, authority, and presence. I also support organizations in cultivating inclusive, high-performing cultures that empower every voice.
